Position Overview: In this role, you will connect with clients virtually via Zoom to understand their financial goals, assess their needs, and recommend solutions. You’ll provide ongoing customer service, answer questions, assist with claims, and foster long-term relationships to ensure their continued satisfaction. Additionally, you’ll adhere to industry regulations, maintain documentation, and complete administrative tasks as needed. No experience is required in our industry, as all training will be provided to a successful applicant.

Your Typical Day:

  • Set appointments with members who have requested our services or been referred for our services.
  • Conduct virtual consultations with clients to understand their needs and explain policy features, coverage options, and premiums.
  • Provide ongoing customer service and assist with claims and policy changes.
  • Complete basic administrative tasks like note-taking and maintaining accurate client records.
